Applied Concepts has been in business for many years with a primary focus on developing the skills of sales, customer service and sales managers, with a track record of providing the world class “Sales Management Leadership Program” to over 15,000 sales managers and over 300 small, mid-market and enterprise clients including world class organizations like Ricoh, AmeriCredit, TruGreen, Ameriprise, Xerox, InfoUSA, Tech Data, IKON and many others.

In 2003 the company acquisition was initiated by Nik Nikic who was a former Sr. Partner of Siebel Systems and OnTarget (the Sales Methodology Experts) and executive at Richardson. The addition of other former Siebel/OnTarget partners rounded out a team that has extensive software and sales methodology implementation experience with small, mid-market and enterprise clients with more than 300 deployments.


The company invested in a state of the art system of sales methodology, CRM sales tools and a unique delivery approach that lead to a consulting partnership and the integration with on-demand leader salesforce.com. This fully integrated solution is called the “Sales Optimizer System”.
