QUALITIES OF A "SALES PERFORMANCE CONSULTANT"

You are at a fork in the road
and are ready for a change – the ideal person is usually someone who has reached a point in their career and they are basically trying to decide; do they continue on the current path and accept the security or insecurity of whatever that path offers or do they pursue a different path that certainly offers unknown risks but also offers a new challenge and potentially a much better risk reward option.


The following are some common characteristics of the ideal candidate:

  • Top 10% Sales Track record – this opportunity is not for everyone. It is for executive level sales professionals with a demonstrated track record of being a top 10% performer in their company and industry.  We are not looking for people who can’t make it where they are but for people who know they can make it anywhere, they just want an oportunity that gives them a much better lifestyle, higher income potential and the opportunity to do something they are passionate about.

  • Strong computer and software skills – as consultants in sales productivity with a focus on skills, process and technology, the ideal candidate will be required to sell, teach and work with salesforce.com CRM and all the Microsoft Office programs. Computer Science major, minor or equivalent software competency.

  • A passion for teaching or training – if you’ve ever been to a great training program and said to yourself, “Wow that looks like a lot of fun. I would love to do that if the income was as good.” You could be a great fit for this.

  • Conservative Entrepreneurial Spirit – someone who is working for a secure company, but really prefers a more independent and flexible situation, one that allows them to operate more like an independent entrepreneur without all the risks of being an entrepreneur who risks everything and has to start from scratch. The risk reward ratio for a conservative entrepreneur is lower than a true entrepreneur.
